⌘ How Can I Book an Appointment? ⌘

Each artist books their appointments individually through email

The artists open their books periodically throughout the year, meaning they only accept booking requests during this timeframe.
To be informed of when each artists books are open, you can:

✽Keep an eye on the artists personal instagram pages for updates in posts/stories. Artist's information can
  be found here.    

⌘ Can I Bring A Guest To My Appointment? ⌘

We ask that you come alone to your appointment unless previously agreed upon. We try to limit the number of people in the workspace to create a more comfortable environment for everyone. 

If you have a disability and require assistance, you can definitely bring that person or service animal with you, but please let us know ahead of time so that we are prepared to accommodate you as best we can.

⌘ Do You Accept Walk-ins? ⌘

For the time being we work by appointment only. We keep our door locked at all times, and ask that you call the shop upon arrival to be let in. Our phone number is (226) 647-8286, and is posted on the door as well.

If an artist has a time-slot open up last minute, we typically post about this to our instagram stories, so you can keep an eye out there as well if you're hoping to get in without a previously booked appointment. 

⌘ Where Can I Park? ⌘

We do not have our own parking lot, however there are a number of options nearby including but not limited to:

✽ Free street parking for up to 2 hours
✽ City Hall underground parking (entrance on Young St.) paid by the hour with full day fee of $15
✽ Jack Burger parking lot (Duke St.) with full day fee of $8 (be prepared to pay with cash)

We are also located right by City Hall Station and down the street from Frederick Station, so we are very accessible by bus/LRT.

⌘ What Payment Methods Can I Use? ⌘

For payment we are able to accept:
✽ Debit
✽ Credit
✽ Cash (we do not always have change on hand, so be aware of this if paying cash)
✽ E-transfer (please be prepared to show artist proof of the e-transfer having been sent)
